Dealing with anxiety...
I'm writing this while my face is red from crying.I never thought how school can ruin you with something that it tries to make you memorise untill you feel like colapsing.My brain right now feels like a sponge that cannot absorbe any liquid.
I'm starting to feel better thanks to music and my familly.My mom is making me a tea to relax.
If anyone can relate to my situation,then can you give me some advice?
For me,right now music and tea helps.Do you have suggestions?
